CMGT/555: Systems Analysis and Development Week 3- System Requirements Myesha Garnes-September 26, 2022 Introduction WeLoveVideo, Inc. primary services provided are streaming videos, focusing on major network shows, along with current and past movie releases. The company has grown in size and revenue, and has found that the database it uses to track customer data has become obsolete. The sales team is having a hard time determining its prospective customer demographics and its current customer preferences, and the integration of a CRM or Customer Relationship Management system with Adaptive Insights, a system currently used by Finance, is desperately needed. This new CRM will be used by all departments of the functional organizational structure including Human Resources, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Development. This System Requirements Specification will outline in priority order, the requirements of the CRM. 1.0 Non-Functional Requirements 1.1 Ability to support multiple languages and currencies for global sales 1.2 Must streamline sales and support 1.3 Be able to provide valuable insights about customers’ viewing and buying behaviors 1.4 Increase market shares 1.5 Must meet usability objectives for internal users and partners of major networks to license and make their videos accessible to customers through WeLoveVideo, Inc. 1.5.1 Efficiency and intuitiveness of use 1.6 Provide on-going maintenance and support 1.7 User interface provides Accessibility to those with disabilities 1.8 Availability 1.8.1 Hours of operation/availability to users 1.9 Must ensure maximum security of WeLoveVideo, Inc. business and client data 2.0 Functional Requirements 2.1 Integration with Adaptive Insights for financial data 2.2 Hardware (PCs and etc.) upgrades in all departments to support use of new software. 2.3 Allow Offline access to all departments 2.4 Integration with data email and calendar 2.5 Must migrate customer data from spreadsheet currently being used 2.6 Must allow users to log in using a username and password 2.7 Provide business reporting and analysis
