February 13 th , 2023 Mr. Felix Perez Chief Value Officer AssociatesMD 4780 Davie Rd Ste 103 Davie, FL 33314 Dear Mr. Perez, As a valued employee of AssociatesMD, and someone who has been working with this department for over 2 years I was hoping I could share an idea with you I feel might benefit the company, its employees, most importantly its patients. From the few times we have met in the office I can tell you care about our patients as passionately as I do and would hate to see customer service suffer because of employee’s workload. Thus, I have come up with a way to better serve our patients and distribute tasks more reasonably among staff members. I propose a team be set up to manage strictly our Medicare population. Seeing as they are the ones who need the most care and attention, I feel as though if each office had a personal concierge for just the Medicare patients, it would make things easier for the office staff, the patients, and our department. We at the call center would then be able to focus on strictly commercial patients and the office staff on the patients in the lobby. Allowing all patients to experience less wait times and greater customer service. Since there are 8 offices, we would need at least 5 people on the team due to how large our Plantation office is. They would all work remotely just as we do at the call center, and they can get paid the standard starting pay. I would love to discuss this further with you and provide you with some more details on our current and future workload as well as the possible allocation of offices. Please let me know when in the next 2 weeks would work for you, and of course this would be conducted via zoom.
