Treavor Champion ABA 634 Amber Madrid According to (Reid et al., 2021, p.44), effective staff training involves providing staff with the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs in a quality manner. According to (Cooper et al., 2020, p.783), confidence in supervision is critical as a behavior analyst supervises the work of others in the context of their practice. Goal : During a school session, the supervisee will collect duration data on sitting in a chair with 95% accuracy, as confirmed through IOA, across 3 consecutive supervisor observation periods. This Intervention is necessary because we would like to see how long the client can sit in their chair while a demand is being placed. ● Baseline: Staff will conduct baseline data using pre-recorded video of similar behaviors. ● Training: Behavioral Skills Training 1. Describe skills to be trained 1. Review the importance of accurate and reliable data 2. Review baseline data 3. Review the operational definition of the target behavior 2. Provide staff trainee with a written summary of skills to be trained. 3. Demonstrate the targets skills of staff a. Model accurate duration data collection 4. Have staff practice performing the target skills and provide feedback. a. Allow staff to practice collecting data and provide ongoing feedback b. Collect data at the same time as a supervisee and compare data to ensure accuracy c. Provide verbal feedback 5. Repeat step four until staff demonstrates competence in performing the skills 6. Provide written feedback about the supervisee’s performance during the training session 7. Conduct a follow up supervision session to collect performance data to analyze the supervisor’s progress and determine if further training is required
8. Provide verbal and written feedback. o Goal : During a home session, the supervisee will collect latency data on how long the client takes to start a task when demand has been placed with 95% accuracy, as confirmed through IOA, across 5 consecutive supervisor observation periods. This Intervention is necessary for this target behavior because we're trying to see how long it takes for the client to begin a task after the demand has been placed. o ● Baseline: Staff will conduct baseline data using role-play with client o ● Training: Behavioral Skills Training 1. Describe skills to be trained. a. Review the importance of accurate and reliable data. b. Review baseline data c. Review the operational definition of the target behavior. 2. Provide staff trainee with a written summary of skills to be trained . 3. Demonstrate the targets skills expected of staff a. Model accurate duration data collection 4. Have staff practice performing the target skills and provide feedback. a. Allow staff to practice collecting data and provide ongoing feedback b. Collect data simultaneously with supervisee and compare IOA data to ensure accuracy. c. Provide verbal feedback 4. Repeat step four until staff demonstrates competence in performing the skills 5. Provide written feedback about the supervisee’s performance during the training and give feedback about the supervisee’s performance during the training session 6. Conduct a follow up supervision session to collect performance data to analyze the supervisor’s progress and determine if further training is required 7. Provide verbal and written feedback Goal : During a clinical session, the supervisee will collect frequency data on how many times the client scores 90% data accuracy, as confirmed through IOA, across 5 consecutive supervisor observation periods. This Intervention is necessary for this target behavior because We’re are trying to see how many times the kiddo engages in hitting. ● Baseline: Staff will collect baseline data using data sheet
● Training: Behavior Skills Training 1. Describe skills to be trained a. Review the importance of accurate and reliable data. b. Review baseline data c. Review the operational definition of the target behavior 2. Provide staff trainee with a written summary of skills to be trained. 3. Demonstrate the targets skills expected of staff a. Model accurate frequency data collection 4. Have staff practice performing the target skills and provide feedback.. a. Allow staff to practice collecting data and provide ongoing feedback b. Collect data simultaneously with the supervisee and compare IOA data to ensure accuracy. c. Provide verbal feedback 5. Repeat step four until staff demonstrates competence in performing the skills 6. Provide written feedback about the supervisee’s performance during the training and provide feedback about the supervisee’s performance during the training session 7. Conduct a follow up supervision session to collect performance data to analyze the supervisee’s progress and determine if further training is required 8.Provide verbal and written feedback Goal : During a home session, the supervisee will collect frequency data with 95% accuracy on Manding using pointer finger, as confirmed through IOA, across 3 consecutive supervisor observation periods. This Intervention is necessary for this target behavior because Our client is non-verbal and we would like to see him mand with his pointer instead of pulling parents. ● Baseline: Staff will collect baseline data using video of similar behavior ● Training: Behavior Skills training 1. Describe skills trained A. Review the importance of accurate and reliable data. B. Review Baseline Data C. Reviewtheoperationaldefinitionofthetargetbehavior 2. Provide staff trainee with a written summary of skills to be trained.

Provide verbal and written feedback Goal : During a school session, the supervisee will collect whole interval data on how many times the client gets up during the lesson with 90% accuracy, as confirmed through IOA, across 5 consecutive supervisor operation periods. This Intervention is necessary for this target behavior because we would like to see if the client can stay seated during the teachers lesson. ● Baseline: Staff will conduct baseline data using pre-recorded video of similar behaviors ● Training: Behavior Skills Training 1.
