It focuses on the training being driven by the work process and context. The unit applies to a person working under supervision as a work skill instructor in a wide range of settings not restricted to training organisations. This assessment has 3 parts: Part 1: Plan, conduct and review session for a small group (minimum 2 learners) Part 2: Conduct a training session for an individual learner Part 3: Conduct and review training session for an individual OR a small group (minimum 2 learners) Each training session must be at least 30-minutes duration.
