with upstream oil and gas production in the Gulf of Mexico. Organization / Company involved with drilling for oil and gas,
operating existing oil and gas production platforms. Carry out Geophysical surveying, an inspection of production pipelines, and execute construction activities mid-season. NAICS codes
support activities carried out in the field of oil and gas operations.
Strengths and weaknesses of current structure:
A key strength
in the above organizational structure is quick response and decision-making within groups of different levels of managerial roles. Which elaborates responsibility with accountability to individual roles. Fast response time is also driven by experienced roles, which increases the efficiency and productivity of individual roles. Execution of decisions is faster as a line of action is generally clearly mentioned and documented. The above structure enhanced the capability of junior staff as the organization provides a platform for ownership of action. One of the key

By having this clarity and accountability, the likelihood of higher productivity and efficiency increases tremendously. To increase efficiency, it is advisable to have 3 yearly audits of key roles that directly affect organizational efficiency and amend or scrap additional requirements. Due to the distribution of powers within the organization, it is also advisable to rotate a few critical roles after predefined years of experience.
