WBS Assignment
Create a WBS for Tyson’s coffee shop using Excel template and MS Project (2 files will be turned in). Follow these steps: 1)
The WBS should have at the top Mr. Tyson’s Coffee Shop (1) and the following 5 top branches: Secure funding (1.1), find location (1.2), order & install equipment (1.3), facility preparation (1.4)
and staffing (1.5). 2)
Add at least 5 tasks under each of the 5 branches (1.1.1., 1.1.2, 1.1.3, etc.). You must write actual tasks in each box. For example under Secure Funding, tasks could be “Visit
banks”, “Get loan application”, etc. Under Facility Preparation tasks could be “Design facility layout”, “Paint walls”, etc. 3)
Add 5 more in-depth tasks for the box 1.5.5 (1.5.5.1, 1.5.5.2, 1.5.5.3, etc.). These will be at a more detailed level and will break up your activity in 1.5.5 into smaller tasks. YOU WILL HAVE A TOTAL OF 30 TASKS

Open MS Project 2016 and create a new file. 5)
Type all the tasks and subtasks in order (DISCLAIMER: These screenshots do not represent the assignment in its entirety. You will have more tasks and possibly in different order)
