3 Maintaining the problem list While using OpenEMR I found it very difficult to track what I was doing. There were others on the same screen as me working on the same items, it seemed. I did like having all the information available in one place. With just a few clicks and a tap I was able to see all the schedules for the providers, the appointments as well as the patient information. At my current office, we do not have an EMR. We have OfficeMate which is rather generic if you ask my opinion. I would like to see some kind of EMR implemented soon.
