As America became more established over time the American protestant Christianity began to brake apart. One of these fractures is The Divinity Movement. It created a
theology that was more democratic and liberal. Also the new methods on evangelism divided the denominations. Some of the churches believed that they shouldn't be involved and should focus more on the spirituality of the church. Another huge fracture with the reform movements like emancipation and abolition. This further drove a wedge in religion making more sects of protestant Christianity.
