Making sure all parties are engaged at every level. Set a plan for the changes that will be initiated. Put the plan into action with staff. Remove obstacles as they occur. Ensure that the change will be supported long term. These are just a few strategies that can help with making change to projects in the Healthcare setting. Communication will always be imperative when introducing change. Internal and external communication is needed to make the change work. Every change needs to be identified before the change actually happens. It's important to know if any obstacles will show up as the changes are being implemented and began to squash them before they can cause an issue.
