The average age of physicians was 55 years old and the average experience was 23 years. The following medical settings that participated were from hospitals, private practice only, and or both. The physicians that participated are from the following medical specialities 2 from emergency medicine, 1 from ophthalmology, 1 from internal medicine/geriatrics, 1 from plastic/reconstructive surgery, 1 from general surgery, 1 from obstetrics and gynecology, 2 from psychiatry, 1 from family medicine, 1 from hematology/oncology, and 1 from physical medicine.
