Stakeholder Role Responsibility Clinic Supervisor Leadership Clinical The clinic supervisor’s responsibilities will include to help provide support and facilitation as my direct supervisor. She will also provide input and direction with clinical process workflows and procedures. Her collaboration will help justify the implementation of this healthcare improvement project. She will assist with the implementation and morale of clinical staff. She will also be responsible for policy development during the implementation process. Infection Prevention Specialist Infection Prevention Education Training The infection prevention specialist will have a critical role with the implementation of the healthcare improvement project. She will have the responsibility to help pull old and current practices to the table to help provide input during our analyses. She will provide input and guidance to ensure that we are following best- practice and that we are following appropriate infection prevention guidelines. She will help to facilitate up-to-date guidelines throughout the implementation process as the subject matter expert. Quality Director Infection Prevention Data Quality Metrics The responsibilities of the quality director will be to provide input with our past and current metrics related to post-operative contact dermatitis cases for total hip and total knee arthroplasty patients. She will play a crucial role during the implementation phases of this healthcare improvement project to provide input as to what is working and what is not working in relation to our metrics. Dermatologist Dermatologic Subject Matter Expert The dermatologist will have a critical role with the implementation of the healthcare improvement project. They will have the responsibility to provide input and guidance to ensure we are following best-practice. Be responsible for the education and training of the dermatologic aspects of this project. They will help to guide in the appropriate direction throughout the implementation process as the subject matter expert. Surgery Supervisor Leadership Surgical The surgery supervisor’s responsibilities will include to provide support and facilitation from the surgical aspect. She will also provide input and direction with surgical process workflows and procedures. She will be an integral part of this healthcare improvement project as she will assist with the implementation and morale of surgical staff. She will also be responsible for policy development during the implementation process. Wound Care Nurse Clinical Care Wound Expert The wound care nurse will have the responsibility to provide input regarding the management of post-operative contact dermatitis to help guide us through this healthcare improvement project. She will be help provide feedback into the implementation processes as to what is working and what could be better. Orthopedic Insight The responsibility the orthopedic nurse to help us gain insight and

Nurse Collaboration Education Training knowledge to current practices and policies related to total hip and total knee arthroplasty surgeries as they have the experience of working directly with the identified patients. They will play a crucial role in process workflow development and pre- and post- operative screening and education for orthopedic staff and patients.
