Student-facing instructions You will be required to create a multimedia presentation at the end of the course. This assessment will be available to you in your student portal after course completion on Friday at 0700 and due on Sunday at 11:59 PM. Once you are logged in to the student portal, you will need to go to the “Influencing Factors on Community Health” tab. Be sure to read all instructions thoroughly to be successful in completing this assessment. Your presentation will need to include the 5 prompts provided. It is highly suggested to use your course material to complete this assessment. You can access the PowerPoint template in your student portal. You will upload the completed PowerPoint to the student portal for evaluation. Your assessment will be graded according to a rubric. If you are “not competent” in 2 or more sections, you will fail the assessment. You will have a total of 2 submissions to pass the assessment. Feedback and evaluations will be available to view in your student portal within 48 hours of submission. A2. Authentic summative performance assessment Scenario: You are a nurse working at the health department in your hometown. The health department is hosting an event for patients to come and be seen for a primary care visit for free. You oversee educating your staff at the health department about influencing factors on community health. The staff will need to be familiar with cultural differences, health disparities, policies, politics, and health systems that all influence community health. You need to create a multimedia presentation to send to your staff, so they are familiar with all the necessary information.
