monosaturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, total carbohydrate, dietary fiber, insoluble fiber,
sugars, proteins, vitamin A, calcium Vitamin C and iron levels.
There are various daily
percentage values that are indicated for each of the nutrient. I think the nutrient levels are
within the normal ranges. Most of the daily percentage values of the nutrients are within 5 to
20 % and therefore indicating that they are neither too low or too high. However, the calcium,
vitamin C and A levels are 0 %. There is need tp take foods with higher levels of dietary fiber,
calcium, potassium, iron and vitamin D (Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition,
2022). The sodium and saturated fat levels are low and therefore making the skinny pop
popcorns nutritious and health.
