vertical leadership strategy, with multiple levels of management and most personnel doing highly
particular, limited, moderate tasks. The multiple levels of administration are set up to ensure that
no single individual may too significantly disrupt the institution. Also, this structure guarantees
that duties are completed precisely and accurately.

The chief executive officer will lead all operational processes and concentrate his efforts

The general services officer will plan, oversee, and help carry out a range of duties. The

management.
Nursing Coordinator
The nurse coordinator will provide professional accreditation upon hiring, acclimate new

and a valid professional license from the board of nursing.
Chain of Command
The Chief Medical Officer, the Finance Officer, the General Services Officer, and the
Human Resource Officer will oversee the hospital's management and make critical decisions to
ensure it runs smoothly. All hospital operations will be reported to the chief executive officer by
them. The chief medical officer will control the primary care doctors and the nurse coordinator.
The nurse coordinator and the chief operating officer will ensure that everyone's requirements
and wishes are addressed. The nurse leader will receive reports from the direct care personnel,
who will be keeping an eye on patients around-the-clock and will be the first to help in case of a
medical emergency.
