Project Scope
The project being carried out this week aims to increase community knowledge of mental
health issues, eliminate stigma, and promote mental well-being among its members. To promote
open mental health discussions, one goal is to plan fun activities like seminars, instructional
sessions, and other events. The finished product will include promotional materials, teaching
tools, and a successful, well-attended event. Finding a venue, arranging speakers, creating
promotional materials, and hosting interactive sessions will be crucial. Interactive sessions are
also needed. All of these tasks must be completed. The six-month calendar includes important
milestones like venue booking, speaker confirmation, and event marketing. The budget, expected
to be $20,000, will cover venue, speaker, promotional, and logistics costs.
Goals:
The initiative for Mental Health Awareness Week intends to educate people about mental
health concerns and work towards reducing the stigma that is associated with disorders related to
mental health within the community. This will be done as part of Mental Health Awareness
Week, which takes place every May. The observance of Mental Health Awareness Week will be
the means by which this goal will be attained.
Objectives:
Organise a series of events and activities, some of which should be in the form of
seminars, workshops, and other forms of group get-togethers that encourage participation.
Increase the amount of people who participate and are engaged by a factor of twenty
percent in comparison to the previous year.

grants from organisations that focus on mental health, and sponsorships from local businesses.
During the entirety of the project, a comprehensive budget breakdown will be developed in order
to keep track of expenses and guarantee financial transparency.
Project Risks
Potential risks regarding the effort to raise awareness about mental health issues, some of
the problems include low attendance, money limits, speaker cancellations, and difficulties with
logistics. In order to address these concerns, a risk management plan is going to be designed.
Assessments of both the likelihood and the potential impact will be carried out for each
identified risk. Diversified marketing techniques, the acquisition of backup speakers, the
establishment of clear communication routes, and the creation of emergency funds are all going
to be part of the mitigation methods that are going to be implemented. Regular risk assessments
are going to be carried out so that we may adjust the plan appropriately.
Risk 1:
Low Participation
Mitigation:
Serious advertising effort, team up with local area powerhouses.
Risk 2:
Spending plan Invade
Mitigation:
Customary spending plan audits, look for in-kind gifts, investigate cost-cutting
choices.
Risk 3:
Specialized Issues during Studios
Mitigation:
Direct dry runs, have fall backs set up.
Risk 4:
Absence of Member Commitment
Mitigation:
Guarantee different and connecting with exercises, assemble pre-occasion criticism.
