Summarize: What are
two things you learned
from your assigned
section of the textbook chapter? Crude oil is the leading source of
primary energy consumed in the world. And since crude oil is
extracted from the ground it must be refined.

this reading. Fracking- process of injecting chemically treated water
and sand underground to breakopen tight oil bearing rock
formations.

Crude Oil is our primary energy source and we are running low. But
scientists believe fracking can recover old oil reserves.

connected to your own life, or to something in the news
? This is
connected to our lives. Because I did some research on fracking,
and it can be harmful to the earth. It ruins the soil but it finds old oil
reserves. There are good and bad things about fracking.
