When Veterans are transitioning from the military, it can be one of the most intimidating experiences that a person can go through.

There are military members making this transition on a daily basis. This transition is not easy and is a task that can take weeks or months.
Veterans deserve our support and should be provided with all resources that are required to make that transition successful.

Veterans have sacrificed so much for us and there are three things that they require when they leave the military: access to physical health
