2 Module 5.4: Mini-Project (Step 1) Step 1: Aligning Simulation Expectations “From both perspectives, which expectation(s) do you think would be the most difficult to satisfy in the development, implementation, and overall utility of a simulation model?” I would have to say that the most difficult aspects for the Simulation Stakeholder Bill of Rights would be the functional specifications and timeliness. I believe these would be the most difficult because: 1.) The variables that can impact the functional specs could be from acts of nature, unexpected personnel shortage, or fatigue from everyday life. 2.) Any sort of issue that happens in the timeliness area will directly affect the functional specs.
3 The most difficult aspects for the Simulationist Bill of Rights would have to be stakeholder participation and cost of agility. These are difficult to satisfy because: 1.) If the stakeholder is not actively present for the process, then there could be problems in the system that no one is fixing or no one is there to make executive decisions to eliminate. 2.) If the stakeholder requests any changes, they need to be able to understand the limits on spending and prioritize the most cost-effective route to achieve success.
