The Best Management Style
Participatory or democratic management is a leadership approach that
encourages a significant level of employee involvement in organizational decision-
making and management. The advice and viewpoints of the subordinates are valued.
But an autocratic style of leadership is that it may lead to low morale among the
workforce and create more dependency. Therefore, democratic management style is
better because it increases levels of dedication, commitment to the job, and
engagement, leading to higher rates of employee retention, serves as a team-building
facilitator and reduces workplace friction by fostering a spirit of cooperation.

The issue of effective decision-making and successful leadership is still relevant
today due to the variety of situations that call for intervention. The democratic leadership
style appears to be the best choice when considering the distinctive mentalities of
people and the predominance of humanistic principles. Due to their ability to influence
decisions and play a part in the company's progress, it will first ensure a high level of
employee happiness. Second, using this approach ensures that different viewpoints on
the same issue will be presented, which is essential in the modern world due to its
increased sophistication and the presence of several aspects that need be considered.
Finally, democratic leaders may contribute to improving the working environment and
