Why is each process important? The reviewing process of a team’s work consist of the reviewer evaluating the document from the point of view of the audience. The reviewing process is simply checking how well the document resonate with its intended audience. When reviewing documents, you check for accuracy and usefulness to the audience. The editing process on the other hand is where the document is fixed. During the editing stage the document is altered to be more readable. When in the process of editing, sentences are rephrased, and spelling mistakes are corrected. The reviewing stage is important as it makes sure the content in the document is relevant to the audience. The editing stage is important because it makes the document more concise and free of grammatical error.
