Susko 09/24/2023 Synchronous Discussion After viewing the whole video provided by Dr. Joann Susko it was good to get an understanding of what was going on, especially with the assignments and not being able to see the assignment after submitting it. I do understand that the group project has to be done as a group and not a single person and we will all receive a grade as a group. It's also good to know what has to be completed and submitted and the requirements because it was very confusing at first. From the title page, there is going to be another page that is an expansion of what was stated. This project is good to help in the future on social-emotional skills when you do want to work in any one of these settings such as a leader or educator in the field.

2 I also realize that we have different time zones and it could be hard for us to attend meetings. I’m glad that Dr. Joann provided more in-depth about the project and how it should be done. It was also nice to get clarification that each of us has to talk when it comes to our slide and make sure that it is ADA compliant. I did hear the professor mention that we had to complete a one-page reflection because we did not attend the video conference that was mandatory. I also realized that we have another coming up a couple of weeks down the road with the big blue button or Zoom and plan in advance! I also thought about what was said about what kept me teaching from what the professor mentioned and what kept me teaching was wanting to help children learn especially children with disabilities, I always felt I was not doing enough when it came to helping children learn and just wanted to do more and knowing that I can help these children achieve their goals makes me very happy.
