Q1:
Answer the following: 1.1. Explain the concept of critical thinking? Write your answer in 30-50 words. 1.2. Explain the critical thinking process in 250-300 words. 1.3. What approach can you use to develop critical thinking skills by remembering the
communication that you had with someone? Write your answer in 100-150 words. Answer
The critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skilfully
conceptualising, applying, analysing, synthesising, and/or evaluating information
gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or
communication, as a guide to belief and action.
We have few steps to find out the Critical thinking:
• Identify the problem or situation, then define what influenced this to occur in the first
place.
• Investigate the opinions and arguments of the individuals involved in this process. Any
time you have differences of opinions, it is vital that you research independently, so as
not to be influenced by a specific bias.
• Evaluate information factually. Recognizing predispositions of those involved is a
challenging task at times. It is your responsibility to weigh the information from all
sources and come to your own conclusions.
• Establish significance. Figure out what information is most important for you to consider
in the current situation. Sometimes, you just have to remove data points that have no
relevance.
• Be open-minded and consider all points of view. This is a good time to pull the team into
finding the best solution. This point will allow you to develop the critical-thinking skills
of those you lead.
• Take time to reflect once you have gathered all the information. In order to be decisive
and make decisions quickly, you need to take time to unwrap all the information and
set a plan of attack. If you are taking time to think about the best solution, keep your
workforce and leaders apprised of your process and timeline.
• Communicate your findings and results. This is a crucial yet often overlooked
component. Failing to do so can cause much confusion in the organization.
Those have few things you have to know or find out the answer to help you develop
critical thinking skills.
• Know exactly what you want- So ask yourself: what do I want? What do I expect to get
out of this? Until you find the answer to these questions you’re not going to know the
right decision is.
• Deal with your biases- By allowing yourself to consider different perspectives you might
find yourself hitting upon solutions you hadn't previously considered.
• Accept the fact that you’re not always right- it is ok to make mistakes and no matter
who we are, we all make them.
• Break it down- being able to see the big picture is great but it’s even better if you can

break things down into smaller sections.
Don’t overcomplicate things- overcomplicating things is something a lot of us have in
common. It is necessity to think things through, but it only makes things difficult if you
begin overthinking. You must discover the fine line between positive thinking and
overthinking.

Q3:
How can you assess the effectiveness of current learning systems used in the
company? Write your answer in 250-300 words. We have some step to effectiveness of current learning systems used in the company
1. Make the content creative, actionable and meaningful
While creating content for your courses, create creative and visually appealing
content. Add high-quality visuals, charts, and infographics. Instead of using a text box,
you can use a drop-down menu or radio button wherever possible.
2. Create distinct user groups
Employees might be from different backgrounds, have different experiences and
different levels of technical and non-technical skills. Giving the same training to all the
employees won’t be efficient as they will need customized learning based on their
experience and skills.
3. Make good use of user groups and profiles
Based on the job profile, department and positions, categorize the learners into
common groups. Once you have the groups formed, you can create or assign
customized learning paths for the members of the group. That way, group members
will only see the most relevant material and learning resources. This will help them
improve their productivity and build skills in weak areas.
4. Implement branding and improve the aesthetics
Branding is an excellent way of making employees take pride in ownership.
Furthermore having easy-to-understand and visually attractive videos and learning
material will significantly improve employees’ learning experience and effectiveness of
the learning management system. 5. Gamify the experience of learning management system
Gamification is a great way to motivate employees to gain more skills and improve the
learning management system. Connect all the online training courses and modules via
a gamified structure and/or point-based reward system.
6. Create a multi-platform learning system
The primary purpose of building a learning management system is so that employees
can learn anytime, anywhere, using any device they prefer. Building a web-based
responsive platform that supports multiple browsers and devices will help you to
provide online training that satisfies the needs of team members. 7. Gather feedback and ask for recommendations regularly
Learners are the best people to tell you what is best about the current system and
what are the areas that could be improved. Conduct usability tests of the system and
collect feedback about how it can be improved even further. Also, gather input and
recommendations for improving the actual content as well. You can ask them to share
their benchmark and what they need the most. Continuous feedback and
improvements will lead to the best LMS software and online training.

I have a wooden toy train that runs on wooden tracks. I would like to place two ESP-WROOM-32 Boards on top of the train. Broadcast communication (which involves radio frequency, not Wi-Fi) would help communicate about the train's lateness to five other wooden trains on the same track. Local communication would help communicate to the train station about the train's lateness.
