I honestly do not know a ton about Operating System Configuration and Support. I want to become confident in my skills through this class. I want to understand operating systems better and in more detail. Overall my goal is to become a successful IT professional. Computers can seem daunting at first, however, Test Out uses simulation, quizzes, videos, and text and does an excellent job of explaining concepts. Additionally, I enjoyed taking BPC170 over the summer as I gained a lot of insight about computer hardware.
