Introduction
This document will outline a plan to present an upcoming training program to the technical support team. I will choose the method of presentation and explain why.
Plan Overview
I plan to use the visual suite Showpoint to show the presentation. The presentation will serve as the primary form of communicating the training program. As Showpoint gets edited, the tools to make the information available are fun and professional. I would also like to create an infographic that highlights key points of the training. I would use the video recording software VIREC to present these elements to the team. VIREC will allow me to switch between scenes and keep the presentation flowing in a way that grabs the team’s attention. I will use an online quiz maker to gauge the communication's success.
Campaign Elements
Element 1 – Showpoint presentation
The Showpoint presentation will allow me to share interpersonal information, in doing so,
this allows the team and me to interact through the meetings. While giving the presentation, I
can view the team’s body language and ensure the efficient communication of my message. The team will have a copy of the infographic during this meeting, which will be
explained below.
Element 2 - Infographic
The infographic will include critical elements of the training; there will also be links to
important information. The links will include a Q&A section for team FAQs. Allowing them to review questions expected to arise from the presentation. The infographic is built with minimal glitches to keep the user's excitement. The infographic and production will have the same template to keep them matched as a pair for future use.
Element 3 - Interactive quiz
The online quiz maker will be the last communication element of the training program. There will be 30 questions that are randomized into 10-question quizzes. They must answer 8 correctly,
and they have two attempts. Two attempts will allow them to go back and use the infographic and presentation to review the information. This also means the team members who retain information by reading rather than hearing can review the data afterward.
Justification and evidence
Using a presentation keeps the information interactive and helps build interpersonal relationships
within the team. Focusing on the presentation's leading information and making slides more visual will allow the team to remember the information (Schwabish, 2020).
The infographic utilizes the same elements as the presentation and gives critical points for the team’s future reference. Quizzes will keep information disseminated and understandable on the expectations. Any confusion will denote if there was not undivided attention to the material.
Feedback and Questions
For the feedback portion, the first goal is to have an online survey where the team can individually evaluate the presentation. The survey will let the team give feedback anonymously.

Conclusion
This outline shows how the infographic will be delivered through various communication tools. This will give me a start to which the infographic can start and to which direction I can direct it in further developing my material.
