From: Akhere@alphahuman.org.ca To: Jason@alphahuman.org.ca; Isabelle@alphahuman.org.ca ; Kate@alphahuman.org.ca ; Matthew@alphahuman.org.ca Subject: Exciting Research Advance: The Possibility of Consciousness Transfer to AI Robots Dear Team members, I hope you guys are all doing good and, I have some fantastic news you will get to while reading my email. I'm overjoyed to inform you all of a recent development in our study. The team has been actively developing a novel concept day and night over the past few months that might fundamentally alter how we see both artificial intelligence and human life. Two words, Transfer consciousness. I am pleased to announce that we 4, most likely could be the people who save the human race. I can state with certainty that we have accomplished a critical scientific milestone with the effective integration of consciousness into AI robots. This accomplishment constitutes a significant step forward in our endeavor to investigate the viability of forever prolonging human life. We have to keep in mind, this discovery could have enormous ramifications. The notion that humans may be able to live endlessly due to AI technology is nothing short of revolutionary, even though we are still in the early phases of research and face numerous obstacles. New possibilities for the growth of technology and mankind are created by this progress. I would like to take a quick minute to thank each and every one of you for your devotion to this project and your hard work and dedication. We have accomplished this goal thanks to all of your combined efforts, and I look forward to where this adventure will lead us next. We will be performing more analyses and tests to develop and broaden this discovery in the months to come. As we set out on such a wonderful trip together, I urge you all to keep on contributing your unique thoughts, knowledge, and enthusiasm. I also want to put into perspective that this finding will no doubt create a number of ethical, philosophical, and practical obstacles, and we will be investing a substantial amount of time and effort to responsibly and thoughtfully address these issues. As we traverse these new developments, absolute teamwork and open communication will be very crucial. My plan for us is to go further in-depth about our breakthrough in a team meeting that I will host in the coming weeks. I will ensure to send invitations to you all shortly. We will touch on our future steps and provide a means for open discussion and questions. Once more, I would like to congratulate to the whole team for this outstanding accomplishment. We are always pushing the envelope of what is conceivable, and I do not doubt that our efforts will continue to have a significant influence on the global scene. I appreciate your hard work and effort. Sincere regards, Akhere Okoduwa, R&D Lead Alpha-Human Ltd.
Reflection of the E-Mails What should you consider when writing each email? The first email had to do with sending a mail to the manager who is heading the R&D for this project. This will be a strict, formal email. First things first, we consider the format of the mail. If it were to be to your close peers or fellow team members, you could be allowed to structure the mail how you feel but based on the fact that it is going straight to the manager, you will have to follow specific rules in the format of how the email would be made such as providing the subject of the mail, salutations/greetings, opening of the introduction to the subject, the body of the mail followed by closing remarks, then the signature, if there are any attachments in the mail they would be mentioned, and last but not least, we proofread the mail, review it and then send it. Another thing we take into account when writing this type of mail is the language used in the mail. The terminology and language should be very formal and professional. There should be no use of slang, overly technical jargon, negative language, or excessive use of abbreviations and Acronyms. The second email which has to do with sending a mail to the Head of Marketing and Sales will follow the same format as sending a mail to the manager but here we highlight specific things relating to selling points, meeting dates to discuss the course of action for profitability on the project, relevant data and statistics, customer insights, competitive analysis, ROI, CTA, Implementation plans, risk mitigation, etc. This information is important for the Marketing and sales department to calculate and clarify if the company is in a good place to invest in the project and profit from it or make a loss from pursuing it. Last but not least, the email sent to team members and peers discussing the breakthrough. This email might be the least stressful to create because there is no pressure to make it perfect hence the creator would be more relaxed. Slang and relaxed language can be used in these kinds of emails depending on whether you want to make it formal or informal, the choice is yours. In this mail to your peers, you will include things like project updates, action items, requests for input and feedback, meeting announcements, updates, acknowledgment, appreciation, etc. What differences will there be? The major differences in sending these emails, firstly, will be on the subject of discussion. The subject of discussion for each mail is different for each receiver. For example, we see that the mail going to the manager is talking about highlighting the breakthrough and its impact on the company, the mail going to the Head of Marketing and Sales is about the financial impact of this breakthrough and the mail going to the team members is a discussion on how far the team has come, improvements and extra research to be made, important dates for meetings, project updates, etc. Another difference is the structure and language used in the different emails. The structure of the emails varies based on what information is important to whom and also the language used in the mail to team members could be more relaxed while the others would have to maintain a full formal approach. Which would be the most difficult to write? I feel the most difficult to write would be the mail to the marketing and sales department as a member of the research and developing team.

Explain why? This is because as part of the research and development team, our job is simply to research and develop. The financial aspect of it might be rather strange to be able to create documents like ROI's CTA's, etc. This is why I would say the mail to the marketing department might be harder than the others due to the unfamiliar subjects being written about.
