It would include all police agencies frequently updating their webpages with details on their use-of-force regulations, how they handle citizen complaints, and other subjects pertinent to their police agencies (Rand Corporation, n.d.). Telematics, video, and social media have been utilized as part of an integrated strategy to improve police safety, transparency, and community participation. We can boost openness by

arming responding cops with body-worn cameras and gadgets that record their driving habits and contacts with the public.
