Key quotations
“As the field of counselor education has established a strong professional identity
grounded in holism, healthy development, and wellness (Chang, Bario Minto, Dixon,

has focused more on the negative factors of LGBT identified persons’ presenting
symptoms and their deleterious outcomes than on identifying resiliency factors or

The source is relevant to my topic, for it has shown how LGBT are involved in smoking
and how they use social media, unlike many expected. Therefore, it will aid in conducting
my research on LGBT
The five sources have addressed the theme of discrimination of LGBT in different ways, primarily through social media. The effects of
social media on LGBT and perception affect them like in my topic has been addressed. However, much attention on ways to prevent
discrimination against LGBT has not been well discussed in the sources. All the authors accept that LGBTs still receive discernment, and

only been agreed by one author.
