Discussion 7- Response 2 Danielle An excellent illustration of the need for varied methodologies is your topic. As a whole, I think using mixed method would work because quantitative approaches can show how big of an issue this is. Following with a qualitative approach allow for investigating the other issues. However, I have some concerns about how you can come up with the right data concerning the barriers to receiving substance use treatment, and inpatient dropout rates and reasonings. Will there be too much information or not enough? Or is there too much information and it will be too time consuming? Like stated above will you get the answers you are looking for?
