Think about your most recent romantic crisis. Which approach—voice, loyalty, exit, or neglect—best captures how you dealt with the situation? What happened as a result of your strategy? Now imagine that a similar crisis happens again in the future. Could you use the voice strategy to deal with it? If so, what would you say?
In my most recent romantic crisis, the approach I chose was to exit. Unhappiness and insecurities surrounding the future around our relationship had led me to the point of no return. Many attempts were done to rekindle and patch up the rough holes that fell through the relationship. Due to the strategy of exiting, the relationship had ended but it did dissolve on good terms. If a similar crisis were to happen in the future, the voice strategy could potentially help, but in my opinion the exit strategy was included because the voice strategy was not enough to fix the issues in the relationship. Using the voice strategy in the future, I would provide reassurance and aid whatever emotional complications my partner would have been feeling.

This assignment is designed to help you learn how to
determine total costs by combining direct and indirect
costs for a particular department.
In this GHA, you will be determining the total costs for
three departments: (1) Physical Therapy (2)
Occupational Therapy and (3) Speech Therapy.
To determine the total costs, you will need to add the
direct costs to the indirect costs using the template
provided below.
Please use the example provided in the assignment
description if you find that you need some support
understanding the required calculations.
DIRECT COSTS
The direct costs for each department are easily
identifiable, because they are the costs that are directly
attributable to the department.
The direct costs are as follows:
Physical Therapy (PT)
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Speech Therapy (ST)
Total Direct Costs
INDIRECT COSTS
The indirect costs will need to be allocated to Physical
Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech
Therapy (ST).
The indirect costs in this…

HOW AIR FRESHENERS WORK
Some air fresheners just mask bad smells, while others claim to eliminate odors completely. Here.
we review the different types of compounds found in air fresheners and how they combat stench.
FRAGRANCES
ODOR TRAPPING
Air freshener aroma compounds mask bad
smells. They include terpenes such as limonene
and a-pinene. Some people have expressed
concern that these can react with ozone to
produce formaldehyde, a carcinogen.
ODOR NEUTRALIZING
Some air fresheners use organic acids, which
can react with smelly compounds to break
them down to more benign molecules.

Note: Molecules that share the same letter have the exact same structure.
In the drawing area below, draw the skeletal ("line") structures of the missing organic molecules X and Y. You may draw the structures in any arrangement
that you like, so long as they aren't touching.

The life cycle of a plastic bottle
After reading the text below, answer the following questions. Make sure to put it in your own words.
This is the story of three plastic bottles, empty and discarded. Their journeys are about to diverge with outcomes that impact nothing less than the fate of the planet. But they weren't always this way. To understand where these bottles end up, we must first explore their origins. The heroes of our story were conceived in this oil refinery. The plastic in their bodies was formed by chemically bonding oil and gas molecules together to make monomers. In turn, these monomers were bonded into long polymer chains to make plastic in the form of millions of pellets. Those were melted at manufacturing plants and reformed in molds to create the resilient material that makes up the triplets' bodies. Machines filled the bottles with sweet bubbly liquid and they were then wrapped, shipped, bought, opened, consumed and unceremoniously discarded. And now here they…

Based on a grade 11 chemistry student, answer the following question based on the provided tables:
Part G: Final Identification of the Poison
By this time, Tylenol has been pulled off the shelves at all of the stores in the area and a nationwide recall has been announced. Several suspicious capsules have been found and tested.
The contents of the capsules contain a compound with a nitrogen content of greater than 15% and a carbon content of less than 50%.
What is the poison in the capsule? Provide calculations to support your answer.
