2 Module 7 Portfolio Milestone For this weeks module and Portfolio Milestone we focus on the Double masters simulation throughout the module of this course. The Double masters is ultimately a tool that is used within the Project management venture and by the project managers their selves. The Double masters basically is a simulation process that that will place a individual in different types of scenarios to help them learn real life issues that could possibly take effect. The simulation can be used by students to apply the techniques they have used throughout the course . The main goal for the simulation is to localize the software in the simulation to French, German and Japanese. This particular simulation will show the results from the decision making while acting as the project manager for the simulation. Results For this simulation i received a 57.5 out of the 100 on the simulator score card. During the simulation there was a few sections that i had answered incorrectly The delivery was a little confusing for me as I placed the scope in the lowest priority within the project constraints, i should have prioritized the budget as lowest priority as things can typically be moved around to change the budget within the project.

3 As I fully look at everything afterwards and start to understand some of the problems I have had within the simulation is the project completion which i scored 0 points. As i dive into the scorecard I realize I need to take more time in dissecting the scope to be able to fully understand everything without jumping to conclusions and making decisions that could potentially effect the whole project.

4 Conclusion Overall for this simulation I learned alot, I had definitely made some mistakes that could have been prevented if I would of took more time without jumping conclusions to dissect the scope of the project in a whole.
