EXECUTIVE SUMMARY There have been changes in political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors that influence strategic planning. Americans desire increased quality patient care, wellness, and prevention programs. Healthcare organizations are seeing changes in volume and demographics related to their patients, along with labor and technologies related to the healthcare organization. I have been selected by the facility's executive committee to develop a strategic plan that aligns with the organization's mission and vision to meet the needs of our patients.
Thesis Statement Savior's Health Care has provided our consumers/clients with quality and affordable healthcare services and healthcare plans since 1980. Our priority is to accommodate the specific and special needs of our consumers and implement quality customer satisfaction. For decades, we have served our community with pride, no matter the age, gender, or ethnic background, and we aim to continue serving those who contributed to our success for more decades to come.

2) EXPLAIN Strengths: This process involves identifying what advantages /Pros we have as an organization over other organizations, it pinpoints our strengths. Weaknesses: Involves identifying our disadvantages/cons within the internal and external sectors of health care and the organization. In this process, we observe what our downfalls are and discuss what we can do to improve. Opportunities: In this process, we will evaluate what factors (internal and external) influence and have an impact (negative and positive) on our organization. Threats: What external/outside factors influence our company? This includes environmental and economic influences.

3) SUPPORT In Proposing the manner and providing the above an example of how the selected analytical tool will be used to support the strategic proposal, I conclude that this is the best tool to implement in creating our Strategic Plan. We will implement the SWOT Analysis and its components to help this company achieve our common goal and meet the expectations of the organization and our consumers/clients.
4) CONCLUSION In researching three internal and three external factors that could become barriers to the success of the proposed strategic plan, I observed the following factors: External factors: Economic: Conditions that shift the economy can have a negative or positive effect on an organization. When economic issues occur, we would have to adjust/adapt to the circumstances that may occur. Political: A government can influence companies, due to its influence on the economy. When the economy struggles, businesses could face financial issues. In this situation, I would suggest that we abide by laws and government policies to prevent fines, lawsuits, and jail time. Environmental: May affect our company’s operations, and consumer demands. An example of this would be inflation, the company would have to make financial adjustments to stay operational and accommodate our consumers due to the given barriers/circumstances. [Messineo. 4) CONCLUSION CONTINUED: Internal Factors: Values: Identifies the “what and who” is essential to and for this organization. I propose that we identify our common goal and expectations of the organization and work together as a team to accomplish this task. Management/organization structure: Determining what roles we play in accomplishing goals and communication between employees and the chain of command on how these goals will be met. I would suggest that everyone does their part in achieving success, everyone knows their occupational duties so we must implement them effectively. Resources: Examines what connections and access to funding and essential resources we have to ensure that our goals are met. A solution to this barrier would be to utilize our resources wisely and be frugal. We will stay within our budget and disburse our resources evenly in each department.
