This pulls the reader in with positive news from an impressive source. The report is divided into various sections, with easy-to-read script and a white background using clean colors like blue and black. Each section has a clear heading and a brief introduction. These sections cover different topics, such as the company's performance highlights, focus on hero products, online strategy, transformation program, investments in people, commitments and values, as well as citizenship and sustainability efforts. If I'm planning to write a report, some useful guidelines to follow include starting with a concise and attention-grabbing introduction, organizing the report into logical sections with headings and subheadings, providing evidence to support my claims, and ending with a strong conclusion that summarizes my main message, findings or recommendations, and encourages further discussion or action. The report makes use of images that are unrelated to data in several ways. For example, it uses photos of the company’s products, such as perfumes, creams, and makeup, to showcase its portfolio and highlight its hero franchises. It also uses photos of the company’s leaders, such as William P. Lauder and Fabrizio Freda, to convey their messages and personalities making the report seem more substantial as its use of their images portrays a deep personal connection to the company.
