File Organization In order to organize folders for faster locating, I was able to make a main file folder called Student_Life_Juhl to keep all academic documents. From there I was able to make three subfolders named Policies, Tutorials, and Writing Resources in order to keep files separated and easier to locate. It was simple to make the folders and subfolders, and will come in handy in the future when organizing a larger number of folders.
Digital Tools There are two digital tools in which I chose to learn more about; Microsoft Office Excel and Calm. Office Excel enables users to calculate and organize data in a spreadsheet. Using excel will help me keep data organized and easier to interpret when it is in a spreadsheet, like keeping track of work budget and even calculating hours worked for employees. Using the link

The goal of the Calm app is to help improve health and happiness. There are a few categories that the app can help with, including improving sleep quality, reducing stress or anxiety, improving focus, self improvement, and other things.The app has collections of recorded stories, soundscapes, music, and exercises that can be used to calm the mind. Using the calm app will be beneficial when needing help improving focus and reducing stress and anxiety that will come with my future management job. Using the link https://support.calm.com/hc/en-us , I have the ability to search for instructions and locate answers to questions I may have about using the app. The tutorials on https://support.calm.com/hc/en-us are credible because the website is from the company that created the Calm app, so this is the best resource for finding help when using the Calm app. Conclusion In these modern times, there are many digital tools that come in handy when working in management. Creating files and subfiles is one way to keep everything organized by category, and to be able to find what you are looking for quickly and easily, with little stress. Microsoft Office Excel can be used to calculate and organize data in spreadsheet form, making it easier to interpret the data. While working in management in the future, it will be necessary to keep data and files organized so that they can be found quickly and easily when needed. Using the Calm
app to listen to soundscapes and calming music will help reduce stress or anxiety and also increase focus. Working in management will also come with an increase in job stress, so using the Calm app will help reduce some of the work stress and help increase focus that will be needed for the job.
