ACTIVITY 7:  Evaluation report on project performance Effectiveness of time management Time management was not highly effective since there were delays in the first project which caused delays as well on the second project. Even though delays were related to web designer’s personal issues, the following potential issues could have occurred as a part of scheduling issues: Estimating Task Duration. Assigning Resources. Setting the Implementation Date. Managing the Unknown. Managing Change. Estimating Large Projects. I evaluated existing issues and conducted calculation on variance between 2 choices: 1. Keep going current project tasks even though there is a delay 2. Hiring new web developer as some recommended So that, I found out that keeping existing project tasks is recommendable.
