The Task Individually, you are required to prepare a 1500- word strategy proposal that demonstrates your skills in critical leadership, problem-solving and reflective learning. The proposal will relate to the tourism and hospitality industry, and present the most appropriate contemporary leadership practices for the tourism and hospitality industries.
The Task Cont. Presume that you have been recently tasked to develop Australia’s next national long-term tourism and hospitality strategy. The primary focus of the strategy is to tackle the contemporary issue of sustainable development with the consideration of workforce and climate change.

The analysis of the current strategic and leadership issues related to human resources and environmental pressure that the Australian hospitality and tourism industry faces due to labour shortage, skill gaps, burnout and climate changes. 2.
