2 ANALYSIS 1 A project was designed to assess employee health while working in the COVID19 environment. The sample size of the program was 73 individuals. There was a small amount of missing data, four missing values for age and one missing value for shift. These individuals were excluded from the calculations of the statistics for the given variables in Table 1. The mean age was 42.5 with a standard deviation of 11.2. The study contained 69.4% females and 30.5% males. Figure 1 is a box and whisker plot that illustrates the distribution of gender by work year, showing a median of 15 work years (IQR= 6) for males and 13.5 work years (IQR= 7) for females. The distribution for both males and females is negatively skewed. Figure 2 is a bar plot that presents the percentage of shifts worked (Nights (11pm-7 am), Evenings, Day) by the data set, 19.7% work nights, 39.4% work evenings and 40.8% work days.
