Since Joey’s concept in farming is socially and ecologically friends, he has opportunity to attract customers and visitors. Threat: The farm is start-up, and farmer has insufficient fund to run it. Joey has to compete with established farm which is challenging phase to him. Conclusions (Rank Order): 1. The farm is start-up and it has very limited budget. Within the budget it has to fulfill its local worker’s demand which is challenging to Joey peteolo. Implications (Rank Order): 1. Joey has to increase capital to finance the farm 2. Joy needs to borrow financial aid from the bank (2) SWOT Analysis – Joey Peteolo: Analysis : Strength: Joey is a new farmer. He is environmentally and socially conscious. He want to run the farm in convention manner. His interest is to give community back. Weakness: Joey has very limited budget and he is facing difficulty to fulfill the local worker’s demand Opportunities: Joey has opportunities to run the farm in conventional manner.
