Positive Relationships o We cannot build a strong organization without a solid foundation of fostering genuine connections and relationships with the children we teach, the families, and the community that we serve. Enabling Environments o Providing an environment for our children and coworkers to thrive in. These environments help promote collaboration and teamwork. Learning and Development o Continued learning through career-based courses help keep staff updated on new techniques and strategies to foster enriched learning. Boost critical thinking and creativity level throughout the organization. Cultural Competence o Allows leaders and employees to understand and communicate effectively with people across diverse cultures. Monitoring Strategy From the foundation of this strategic plan, we have also developed an Evaluation Plan that helps expand and evaluate the outcomes of the current strategic plan. The evaluation plan will address the quality of implementation and its effectiveness compared to the core standards of early education provided in Texas. The evaluation plan will be short and long term assessed through data collection and analysis. We also aspire to partner with parents and families and directly engage with them as we develop more evaluation metrics and methods to ensure strategic plan effectiveness.
