CPPREP4103 - Establish vendor relationships (Release 1) Communication Plan Communication with the client does not end once you have successfully listed their property for sale. In fact, this is where you communication starts. If you do not have a communication plan in place, then you are highly likely to encounter a disgruntled client when they have not heard from your about the progress of their property sale. Therefore, putting a communication plan in place before the marketing commences is vital to positive experience. The communication plan will outline to the client what they can expect from you during the marketing and in turn minimse their anxiety about not knowing what is happening through the sale process Regardless of whether the news you have is positive, negative or neutral, often clients just want to hear from you and know what is happening. Following on from your listening presentation of 1/32 Wyberba Street, TUGAN QLD 4224, you have successfully obtained the listing to sell Michele’s investment property and completed the agency agreement. You must now complete the letter to Michele by outlining a communication plan which details how you will communicate with Michele over the coming weeks to provide feedback on the progress of the sale of her investment property. Consider the communication you will be doing daily, weekly, after events e,g, open homes etc Page | 3 of 4 © Real Estate Academy Australia Version 1.2 – June 2021 RTO 32426
