Business strategy is a business document that highlight the business strength so that leader able to achieve company objectives. The detailed plan help to guide business in hiring process and allocate company resources as well as gathering different employees talent in supporting company goals.
The Key features of Worlducation are offering different product in technology to highlight the superiority of product due to its technology,pricing, features and design. Product differentiation is effective as it differentiate between company and its competitors. Improving customer experience by building excellent customer service to achieve it’s objective by online support or effective call center. Attract the best staff by encouraging diversity working environment, encourage innovation and strengthen employees skills to develop good customer service.
The strategic objective of Worlducation is changing children learning experience by using the latest and innovative technology to meet customer demand and adjust their learning experience. At
the same time strengthen employee skills and knowledge to
provide better customer service.

Employees must share and discuss any information pertaining to Worldeducation business activities in accordance with the Social Networking Policy.
All personnel are required to utilize social media platforms in an appropriate and responsible manner at all times. Local law will determine
how the policy is interpreted and applied in the event that there is a dispute between the policy and local law addressing internet use and privacy data. If employees don't comply, it will result in disciplinary measures and employment termination.

Initial contact
Initial contact will be done by using email to send invite for virtual meeting and it will be done 2weeks prior the conference day. In the email I will firstly introduce myself and the organisation, showing and explaining our achieved objectives, the current and future ones. It will initially contain a summarised explanation about why building a strong business partnership will bring advantages to both companies and at the same time will contribute in helping children across Australia and the World in having better access to educational and learning tools and opportunities. At the end we will invite the contact for a virtual meeting to better introduce and have a more formal but also friendly welcoming and first real approach and ask if the contact has any availability in the days before the conference day. The email will contain my Worldeducation contact details.

Follow-up contact
Follow up the after two days of initial contract authorization.
The first follow-up contact would be an email confirming and setting the day and time of the virtual meeting. It will be sent only after a positive response has been received from the contact after the initial email. Once the contact has given his availability about which day the virtual meeting could be attended, this email will contain the virtual meeting confirmation and detail (Day, Time, Subjects). The Follow-up contact is in line with the company policy since the follow-up email will be sent only if the contact has sent a positive response. The approach has been formal but welcoming as stated in the business development section of the External Communication Policy

Worlducation should adapt in changing modern world, thus the communication channel mainly used in future correspondence are:
