B3.1 Reflect on what you encountered as a hindrance to your learning, and When | think back on what prevented me from learning, | can pinpoint a few things. Procrastination and a lack of focus were two main obstacles. My tendency to become easily sidetracked by my surroundings or overburdened by the task at hand frequently prevented me from completely interacting with the learning material. | also occasionally had trouble remembering material, particularly when it was complicated or unknown to me. B3.2 Reflect on how you attempted to minimise these hindrances. | came up with a few plans to reduce these obstacles. First, | set up a quiet, devoted study space free from outside distractions. This involved locating a quiet area where | wouldn't be bothered and turning off or putting my phone on silent. | also used time-management strategies like the Pomodoro Technique, which has you work in concentrated bursts of time and take brief breaks in between. To tackle the problem of memory retention, | experimented with many methods. One strategy was to divide the content into more digestible, smaller pieces and to review them frequently. | also used a variety of study tools, including mnemonics, flashcards, and diagrams, to help me understand and remember the material. In addition, | asked my peers for clarity.
