2 Week 6 Assignment I value the chance to reflect on my teaching style and the criticism I have gotten before. One repeating remark I have gotten is that my teaching pace can some of the time be excessively fast. This criticism lines up with the content from the current week's readings, stressing the significance of pacing to guarantee comprehension and retention among learners. I have taken deliberate steps to slow down my delivery, allowing more time for learners to process information. Moreover, I have been complimented for introducing content that is intriguing and empowers decisive reasoning. This is following the accentuation on drawing in and mentally animating growth opportunities, as talked about in the current week's material. To upgrade this part of my teaching I have searched out extra resources and integrated more intuitive components into my lessons to foster deeper engagement and encourage active participation. One area I have been dealing with is giving more clear learning goals at the beginning of every lesson. Criticism has demonstrated that students occasionally battle to get a handle on the fundamental objectives of a lesson. This connects to the significance of setting clear goals, as underlined in the current week's readings. To address this, I presently make it a highlight to articulate the learning results toward the start of each session and revisit them periodically throughout the lesson to reinforce key points. Moreover, I have gotten positive criticism regarding my utilization of visual guides and media components to upgrade learning. This lines up with the accentuation on consolidating visual components to help understanding and maintenance, as examined in the current week's material. To expand on this strength, I have been investigating new technologies and techniques to make even more compelling visual materials that cater to different learning styles.

3 Generally, I am focused on consistently refining my teaching style because of criticism and the standards talked about in the current week's readings. By keeping a reasonable speed, encouraging decisive reasoning, setting clear targets, and utilizing visual guides, I aim to create a seriously captivating and enhancing growth opportunity for my students.
