BizOps Product Availability Communication
Introduction
This report will provide a specific analysis and plan for the BizOps Supply Chain with accurate
information on the launch date and supply chain process. Apart from that, a graphic which
illustrates the process and timeline of the supply chain will also be provided.
Main Body
There are eight steps in the supply chain, which are respectively supply, logistics, receiving,
ordering, picking, packing, shipping and reorder. From the beginning, the manufacturer is
preparing stock in the full range currently, which is 28 days prior available to launch date. Next, it
takes 3 days for delivering the products from manufacturer to BizOps warehouse by road transport
within same state. After Goods arrive at BizOps warehouse, they are required to sorting, bar
coding/labelling and warehouse placement, which takes 5 days to finish. While finishing these
steps, online and phone sales begin and distributed from the warehouse. Orders are placed twice
daily through the batching department at 11am and 3pm. When receiving orders, warehouse staff
need to prepare the orders and pack them to be ready for shipping to meet 48 hours guarantee
and 6pm deadline. In terms of the shipping step, orders are shipped using delivery contractors
with a 6pm daily deadline. For reordering, the stock is required to be replenished by giving a 7-day
notice.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this report provides comprehensive information for the BizOps warehouse manager
to organise the jobs according to the graphics. The warehouse should be prepared at least 28 days
prior to meet the deadline.

Based on your experience writing your 3 documents, provide 2 examples of how you
sequenced & categorised the information to organise the content in your documents.
Choose any 2 documents that you have created.
Sequencing
Sequencing refers to the identification of the components of a story, the beginning, middle, and end
— and also to the ability to retell the events within a given text in the order in which they occurred.
The ability to sequence events in a text is a key comprehension strategy, especially for narrative
texts.
Categorising
Many content marketers are tempted to have one topic fall under multiple categories, but each topic
should really only belong to one category. To help you handle situations in which you feel a piece of
content could fit within multiple categories, document a decision tree on how you should categorize.
For example, I recently wrote a post about the best B2B Instagram accounts. I struggled with
categorizing this post because it discusses images, which I would have in the “content” category, but
the article is about the content shared on Instagram, which is a distribution channel. Ultimately I
decided to categorize the article under the “distribution” category because I felt the topic fit more
appropriately within the social media topic under that category.
