Introduction
.
Grow Management Consultants (GMC) engage in activities that impact the environment, use resources
and create waste and emissions. Examples include using non recycled paper as well as use of vehicles.
Creating a Sustainability Management System will allow GMC to control and monitor such impacts and at
the same time achieve environmental objectives. This policy should be communicated to stakeholders
and implemented and reviewed on a regular basis.

Sustainability should be built into business planning and should be used to inform business opportunities.
There is a fast-growing market in relation to sustainable products and services. Many businesses want to
see how they can include this group in their target market by providing environmentally or socially
superior products to their competitors. Examples include renewable energy solutions as well as more
responsibly sourced products such as coffee. Permanent goods and products may also receive
government grants or have other financial benefits. So, these things should be kept in mind while
planning the business and looking at opportunities.

GMC must comply with several legal requirements regarding workplace stability. These are relevant to a
wide range of GMC's business. Relevant legal requirements regarding energy use, greenhouse gas
emissions and ozone depleting substances include:

:
The regulatory bodies that supply environmental legislation are called environmental protection agencies.
State and territory specific laws are capable of addressing issues that are specific to plant life, wildlife,
agriculture, and industries that represent a state or region. International environmental law is the third
regulatory body that organizations should consult on matters of environmental sustainability. International
Environmental Law began in 1972 at the Stockholm Convention on the Environment. Major organizations
responsible for making international law in the case:

Council of Europe It is important that organizations consult all of the above regulatory bodies when they
identify legislation affecting the industry in which they practice. When working with companies outside
Australia, an understanding of what laws exist in companies' countries is also helpful.
Environmental regulations - Environmental regulations are enforced by Australia's Department of the
Environment to cover specific licensing and legislative agreements in more detail and in some cases
requirements that are in addition to the already existing legislation.
In this regard, the management concerned has to come forward to resolve these emerging issues while
maintaining the intensity of its emergence. For example, appealing for fairly yet valuable amendments to
the prevailing legislative restrictions indicating the need for a plan to execute. Some dimensions may

layers. Sustainable workplace policies build on an organization's commitment to developing staff
members' ability to become active contributors to local workplace solutions to local global work problems
such as climate change, environmental pollution, and degradation of natural resources.
An organization that is growing and hopes to sustain that growth needs a set of strategies to develop its
program, build a solid financial foundation, and prepare for the challenges ahead. In other words, it
requires a strategic plan. Simply put, a strategic plan is a vision of the future of your organization and the
basic steps needed to achieve that future. A good plan should include goals and objectives, desired
results, metrics to measure your progress, time and budget.
The reliance on technology that brings it with potential risks is leading to the creation of a new type of
organization — a high-reliability organization. The idea is to design the organization specifically to
manage the serious risks associated with the use of technologies that, if they fail, can have extremely
serious consequences. It is a complex undertaking. A key feature of advanced and automated
technologies is that their operators and managers increasingly move away from the processes for which
they are responsible. With older technologies, operators can see and touch what they have controlled or
produced. Mechanisms such as gears and pistons were visible, and their means of action and control
were evident. Mental images of the way things have worked and how they can go wrong were easily
learned and easily shared. People, both alone and in teams, were an integral part of the control loop that
drove these technologies.

It is important to provide recommendations on malleable performance in order to measure environmental
performance along with implementing policies and procedures. Possible strategies to ensure resource
efficiency are:

Provide adequate training and demonstration to all employees

Organizing meetings to resolve all issues arising in the organization

Measurement and monitoring to identify issues and targets and improve performance

Policy options
There are three options for the following sustainability policies:
Environmental related policies:
Tiny Opera Company's environmental policy helps to reduce toxic
material and hazardous chemical use and reduce resource use. The main objective of this policy is to
identify the waste stream leaving the site.
Policies related to economic and social: Those policies intend to influence the overall economic growth of
the company, its price level, employment and investment using monetary and fiscal instruments.
Culture-related policies:
Cultural policy is identified by majority of sustainable development goals, such
as a focus on quality education and sustainable consumption. Policy, environmental impacts are
minimized by encouraging visitors to consider sustainability and focus on management principles. The
principles provide tools to track ecological challenges and mitigate climate change.
Proposed scope of the policy
Life cycle management uses a process, known as life cycle assessment (LCA), to assess the
environmental impacts associated with a product, process, or service throughout its life cycle,
processing, transporting, using, re-processing. The use is from the extraction of raw materials through
recycling or disposal. For each of these steps, impacts are measured due to the resources used and
environmental impacts. Life cycle assessment is a critical-to-critical analysis of a product or service. LCA
can help a business identify the most effective improvement compared to environmental impacts and
resource use.
Life cycle assessment is one of five emerging international standards within the ISO 14000 series. LCA is
used by government and industry decision makers to benchmark the environmental performance of
products and processes.

improvement. This can maximize the benefits and reduce the cost of LCA.
