2 Planning, Creating, and Managing New Content Although there is not a single best technique to generate ideas for content initiatives, there is a procedure that must be followed. One must first ascertain what they currently have in order to decide what sort of material they require. Additionally, they need to assess the quality of what they already have or, even better, see if there is any unprocessed material that is still very useful that they can utilize throughout their content plan (Pulizzi, 2021). Content audit (for example, by use of screaming frog, orbiter, or google analytics) helps outline precisely what one will be working with, thus saving the writer's time and money. Note that listening is the best content approach. Being an avid learner and paying attention to clients, staff members, and podcasts are required for this. After that, content idea brainstorming takes place, including the preparation of at least 50 inquiries that the audience would desire to be addressed. This aids in determining the target audience and the most important topics to address. Freewriting, also known as stream-of-consciousness writing, aids in bringing out the essential ideas that are buried deep in the content creator's heart and mind. Using this strategy, one writes for a certain amount of time without worrying about spelling or even keeping on subject. As a consequence, the writer ends up with paragraphs that include ideas or words that they might want to discuss or develop in a later freewriting session. Additionally, seeing people in person at events and conferences may be a fantastic way to get fresh ideas and determine the target audience (Pulizzi, 2021). Via Google Alerts or Google Trends, the writer receives online articles relevant to their search terms in their mailbox. Such articles provide fresh materials for the author's ideas for content. In addition, social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Sprout Social, and many more, provide various hashtags that could be an inspiration for new content. Scrutinizing one's social media post analytics regularly helps in determining
3 what individuals are most interested in as well as how they are locating the writer's content. Such steps help in developing unique and competitive content and determining suitable channels for publication. Besides, engaging employees or teammates in discussions, for example, on challenges they are seeing, may provide the writer with raw content ideas to use for a longer piece. Note that there is a need to determine who is developing what, publication channels, as well as when the content is going live to achieve success. Creating New Content for Your Personal or Professional Endeavors and My Major Motivation Creating engaging and high-quality new content for my social media accounts will help me grow personally and professionally. Instead of depending heavily on text-based material, I intend to use a proven visual storytelling technique. This employs a 'show, don't tell strategy with the intention of increasing the likelihood of participation, dialogue, and sharing (Walter & Gioglio, 2020). The content will focus on getting followers to look at and interact with my posts and images. Having a distinct focal point for my images may encourage people to linger on my photo, which is what I want them to do. In order to remain relevant, the visual material must also be compelling and encourage action or affinity; otherwise, it runs the danger of becoming 'unliked' (Walter & Gioglio, 2020). As I look forward to creating content for my professional and personal activities, photographs (that are realistic and align with my values and professionalism) present a great starting point. I will create software to gather and distribute user-created photographs in order to expand my image collection and strengthen my connections with my followers. I will engage in collaborative storytelling while collecting amazing pictures by including my followers in the visual narrative process. My followers will receive confirmation from having their photographs shared and loved by other members of my fanbase, and I will get

4 to witness directly what drives and inspires them. Further, the addition of pithy one-liners, quotations, and statistics will expand my options for visual storytelling. There are several ways to use words to strengthen the visual story of a picture, from conventional text to quotations and statistics. My content or tagline will be transformed into an arresting visual image with the aid of a few helpful tools, including WordCam Pro for Android. By producing the new content with visuals, I will be able to educate my audience for free, draw new followers to my website, and keep my current followers engaged with high-quality content (Perricone, 2022). This strategy demonstrates my competence, raises my brand recognition, and keeps companies thinking about me when they are hiring.
