Submission details The Assessment Task is due on the date specified by your trainer. Any variations to this arrangement must be approved in writing by your trainer. Assessment description The assessment verifies knowledge & skills of the learners to identify, specific coaching needs through discussion with colleague and organise coaching sessions, explain the overall purpose of coaching to colleague, provide colleague with opportunity to practise the skill and ask questions, monitor progress of new workplace skills and provide supportive assistance as well as communicate required knowledge and check colleague understanding. This assessment also requires observation / practical demonstration which can be done either in a simulated work environment set by the trainer or in a real workplace environment. Third party evidence must be provided if the demonstration / observation has been done in student’s real workplace environment.
