What if it was made of only one type of cell? How would homeostasis be compromised if this happened? If it was made from one cell type homeostatic cannot be maintained. For example if all the liver was made of Kupffer cells livers would be great at fighting foreign objects but it will not be able to regenerate once injured or damaged which means livers will be not be as effective as removing toxins which will certainly have an impact on all the various organs systems in the human body References : (Note: Please provide references to any sources you consult, including your textbook.
