2 Human Population Growth It’s mind blogging the amount of time children spend using technology and screen time. Some would say it’s okay to allow younger children to play video games all day, watch YouTube, be on their phones, get on adult social websites where predictors awaits. Meanwhile most parents would say you have a limit go play outside. Many professional Pediatric Doctor’s, Psychology, and parents would rather limit screen time so their child understands basic skills such as reading, writing, playing with other children their age. We live in a world today where technology is definitely taking over. However, we don’t have to allow technology to take our our children lives. I believe a huge counter agreement would be screen time and be made safe and good for children healthy with modern technology. Modern technology are just modern products and services designed with a scientific knowledge. Things such as Scientific Instruments, Robots, and even there still vowed as technology. Children lack adult education when it comes to recognizing danger when using technology today. First, too much screen time such as that bud light can harm a child’s eye sight. It puts too much excessive pressure on younger children eyes. The biological function of our eyes are so we’re able to see far enough for details. However, video games, computers, and phones have limited displays. That makes the human eye look continuously at the screen while reading, playing games, and watching YouTube videos. This is a valid argument as today reality. Screens are not a problem it’s allowing children to stay on technology without being able to utilize other things in the home, at school, or with others so they can grow. Screen time is very dangerous the mores child spend hours on screen time, the child is teaching their bodies to endure static pressure which isn’t intended for it (Saunders et al., 2017). Now the child ends up having eye sight issues which are apart of our children health, which could have been avoided with limitations on time spent for screen time. Next, is social
3 interactions more children spend online, video gaming, or on phones inside they loose their social skills rather gain new ones. I would refer to social isolation as a more evident and important problem due too so much screen time being consumed without breaks for human interactions. We are all human beings but especially children who need to interact with others their age. Only way this can change is by communicating, connecting with other things beside technology, and physical skills with individuals. This can be deceiving because some parents may feel the use of interacting with virtual sources like online messengers is enough for children when it comes to social interactions. Information pertaining to the impact of Covid -19 on showed an increase in digital device used (Wong , 2021). So we must lead by example and do what’s best for our children, as the pandemic had spread most of us were on lock down. Still that’s not a reason to allow order and structure back into our lives and our innocent young children. Meanwhile, limiting screen time isn’t stopping them from their favorite habits. It’s helping children bodies function properly the more they move around, it becomes a benefit in physical activity. Physical activity assist children with substances to their body cells. The more the human body moves, the better off their internal process will be. Doctors have stated the less a human body lacks movement of blood flow causing circulation health issues. With circulation causes cardiovascular problems health concerns. We can help children preserve their cardiovascular system by limiting screen time rather allowing children to become unhealthy from technology related diseases. Conclusion Although, limiting screen time is necessary in todays new age technology, limiting screen time for children can improve their developmental skills and habits properly. Physically a child’s eyes need exercise and and require certain amount of rest. Socially, children need to connect with

4 other children in social settings, to obtain connections growing up needed for their teens and adulthood. We have to have parent empathy and recommend them to not become complacent which leaves me with make time for your children. They look up to us and admire us, their little sponges soak up things we parents do and follow. The sooner we display order and structure the better off our children will improve our children learning endeavors so they adopt to long term healthy gadgets and overall interact with others. The habits formed from early child hood will likely continue into their adult life. Therefore, in light of these damages without screen time limits , combined all these factors constitute the danger we will face and importance on why setting screen time limits are needed today.
