How will your learning experience, knowledge and skills assist you in making future positive impact on
the children and families that you will be working with?
Curriculum
My artifact for this course area is a learning opportunity wherein they are able to freely decide
what color of beads to place as tentacles for the octopus. The activity involves sharing my
professional expertise to help children develop their creativity while they make their own
art, which aligns with the CESP goals. I am able to be their guide as they make their imaginations
come to life
. As their guide, I help them bring their imaginations to life. This activity not
only sparks self-expression but also teaches decision-making skills. By working together, I
instill ethical values and support their overall development, creating a space where their
ideas flourish.
With the artifact, my learning experience, knowledge and skills can assist me in making future
positive impact on the children and families that I will be working with by designing engaging
activities, like the artifact, that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development. I
also do my best to guide them as they might have questions when they do the activity
. I strive
to create engaging experiences that encourage growth while offering guidance to
address any queries that may arise during these activities. Continuously evolving, I seek
to enhance and expand upon these initiatives, ensuring a richer and more impactful
learning environment for those I work with.
