One day or Day one
In the following essay, I will teach you how to live the healthiest lifestyle that will almost
guarantee your happiness and success in life that you have always dreamed about. This lifestyle
is not for the weak, and will test your mental, physical, and spiritual abilities. One thing that will
remain consistent throughout our healthy lifestyle is maintaining tunnel vision and never
leaving your path for anything. This essay will be broken up into 3 separate categories, each
observing, understanding, and explaining each aspect of the healthy lifestyle, beginning with
your physical activity, breaking down when, why, and how. Next you will begin to understand
your spirit/personality all the way from how to be a better person to becoming a high value
character. Last, but arguably the most important is your mentality. A good mentality is one of
the keys to success and will ultimately lead to one of the most healthy lifestyles known to man.
After covering all of the 3 essential aspects to life, we will recap and you will soon be ready for a
healthy and successful lifestyle.
First on the list is your physical activity, one of the most effective ways to channel your
energy into progress and some of the most satisfying results you will ever feel. There is no secret
formula for physical activity, in fact, your physical activity depends on who you are and what
goals you are trying to reach. Someone who is bodybuilding will have a different workout plan
than a cross country runner, however there are a few key similarities to their workouts,
consistency. Whether you workout at 6 am every morning, or 6 pm every night, you must remain
consistent. Find a time of day that works best for your goals and your daily schedule and stick to
it. There will be times when you want to skip a workout to hangout with your friends or because
you're simply too tired, but you have to push through and remain consistent in order to see
results. Now that you have figured out when you will complete your physical activity, you need
to understand why. Regardless of what physical activity you do, you are releasing build up stress
and tenseness that you acquire from your daily stressors such as work, friends, etc. Naturally
releasing these stressors through physical activity is essentially turning garbage into gold. Doing
any decent form of physical activity consistently for a few months is guaranteed to see progress
and the most satisfying and rewarding progress at that.
Next aspect of life that you need to master is your spirit/personality. In order to live a
healthy lifestyle you need to remove anything that is constantly causing you problems or stress,
and understand how to become less affected by stress or problems out of your control. One of
my favorite books relating to this subject is the 48 Laws of Power. This book elaborates on 48
pillars in terms of personality on how to become a high value person that people can respect and
honor, and through this you can live a life that is not filled with anger and hatred towards
people. By becoming a better person intrinsically, you naturally attract the same attitude from
those around you, thus improving your overall lifestyle.
Last but most certainly not least is your mental focus and abilities. The average person
will never reach success because they are not willing to fail. One of my favorite quotes on this
topic is “a smooth sea never made a skillful sailor.” This quote has a very deep meaning and it
relates to a healthy lifestyle very much. If you are not willing to put yourself through a little bit of
pain then you will never achieve great success. Once you are able to wake up sore from working
out, tired because it’s 6 am workout time, or be calm in a stressful situation without
complaining, you will be living your best life and the benefits will start pouring in and you won’t
even see it coming. Once you have fortified your mind and your mentality is unbreakable, you
can quite literally do anything that you have dreamed of with enough time and effort. Mentality
is one of my favorite subjects and it is one of the most important topics of discussion in today's
world. Those who are able to conquer their fears and push through until failure are the ones who
will one day rest knowing they are living the healthiest and most stress free life known to man.
One thing that I would like to stress is the title of this essay; One day or Day one. So many
people say one day I’ll do this, one day I’ll become this. Instead of saying one day, start saying
day one until I become this, or day one until I do this, and your perspective will change 10 fold.
After reviewing this material it is important to understand that there is a lot of research
that goes into having a healthy lifestyle. You must research what kind of physical activity you
would like to do depending on your goals, as mentioned previously. You must read books and
listen to videos or podcasts on how to better yourself and remove hatred and anger and stress
from your life for good. You must understand how the human mind works and functions in
order to fully operate your life in a way that is enjoyable to you and your surrounding people.
And finally you must research and fortify your mind to be able to have the mental strength to
push through the road bumps to reach your goals and increase your mental health, which is
often overlooked by many. After careful consideration and some research, if you piece these
three aspects of life together and start now, you will be so grateful down the line. “Everyone
always talks about how a butterfly from the past could affect the world today, but no one talks
about how planting a tree today could affect the future of the world.”
